How soon can we start?

What do you need from us each month?
Each month, please send relevant information: upcoming events, awards you have won, products/services to promote, new photos of your team, products, activity at your business, promotion campaign info, or new industry news.
More inputs = more on-brand creative outputs. If assets are limited, we’ll stay resourceful, utilize stock photography and AI assisted images.
Can you match our brand voice?
Absolutely. We start with a short strategy + brand-intake: your brand story, audience, tone (e.g., formal ↔ casual), key products and services and how they solve problems, and a “never say” list. We’ll review past posts, website copy, and sales materials to build a mini Brand Voice Guide for our social team writers. Every month, drafts come to you for quick approval so we can fine-tune until it reads on brand.
Do we approve posts before they go live?
Yes! We draft your monthly content, load it into our dashboard, and notify you to review. You can approve, edit, or comment on each post. Nothing goes live until you click Approve.
Which platforms do you post to?
Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube shorts and/or your Google Business Listing. Depending on your package and frequency, we can post to 1 or 2 or all channels based on your goals and budget.
Do you handle DM's / Comments?
