Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Shield Bar Marketing – “Win a Website” Giveaway April 2026

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Shield Bar Marketing are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time).

The winner will be announced on July 6, 2026.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by texting “Enter to Win” to the designated phone number 520.348.4494.

The Automated WelcomeAITM text agent will ask each of the necessary fields of information so answer each question and then it will mark you as entered for the giveaway.

Each participant gets one (1) entry total, when they provide this complete information:

  1. Full Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Business Name
  4. Mailing Address
  5. Website URL (if applicable)

Incomplete entries may not qualify.

5. Prize Description

The winner will receive one (1) of the following options (winner’s choice):

Option A:

A one-page website built and hosted by Shield Bar Marketing in 2026 for one (1) year, valued at approximately $1,800.

    1. Domain purchase is not included.
    2. Scope limited to a single-page website with text, images, a click to call phone number, and click mailto: email function.
    3. Additional features, pages, or revisions beyond scope may incur additional fees.
    4. New Logo Design is not included but can be purchased seperately.

Option B:

A $1,000 credit toward any Shield Bar Marketing annual service.

    1. Credit must be applied to a new or existing annual agreement in 2026.
    2. No cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Prize Conditions

  1. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.
  2. Website must be claimed and project initiated within 30 days of winner notification.
  3. If not claimed within that time, Shield Bar Marketing reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via:

  1. Phone
  2. Email
  3. Or text message

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Use of Information

By entering, participants agree to:

  1. Provide accurate contact information
  2. Receive communication from Shield Bar Marketing related to this giveaway and related services

Participant information will not be sold and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Shield Bar Marketing to use their name, business name, and/or general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shield Bar Marketing is not responsible for:

  1. Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  2. Technical issues, including SMS delivery failures.
  3. Any issues arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. General Conditions

Shield Bar Marketing reserves the right to:

  1. Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway.
  2. Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
