Children's Musical Theatre
Children’s Musical Theatre of Bartlesville (often called CMT) is a nonprofit youth musical theatre organization in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. It focuses on giving kids and teens the chance to learn and perform in musical theatre while developing confidence, teamwork, creativity, and other life skills.
The Theatre underwent several leadership and structural changes between 2020 – 2025. With this evolution, the organization needed a fresh look and easy navigation to help everyone find them online and get to the information most needed. Thus, a full redesigned logo, website, board portal and private cast website were born.
Project Overview
Children’s Musical Theatre was at a point of change as their board leadership and operations staff had a changing of the guard and so was the nonprofit’s direction. The vision of their branding evolved and their web presence needed to provide users with a clean easy way to navigate, donate, and participate. They had 2 sites – one an old WordPress site and the other a Weebly site – neither serving the evolving needs of the organization, volunteers, and participants.
The Solution: Shield Bar Marketing designed and built a brand new public website with at a secure board of trustees portal and a password protected production site that each integrated with their main system NeonCRM for donations, registrations, applications, integrations with Google Drive, Flickr, and Youtube.
